Casey Meza

Director of Operations, Owner

Casey Meza is married to Dr. Michael Meza.  Together they own and operate Meza Post Acute and Long Term Care.  Before opening their practice in August 2020, Casey had an extensive career in hospital administration.  Casey was the Chief Executive Officer of the critical access hospitals in Cottonwood and Orofino, Idaho for over 25 years and was named the top Rural Hospital Administrator by the American Hospital Association during her tenure.    Casey was recruited by Kootenai Health in 2012 to be the Executive Director of Regional Services and also served as the Director of Operations for Kootenai Care Network.  Casey and Dr. Meza opened MezaCare in order to develop a team of providers that will exclusively care for geriatric residents and patient with the same passion to serve as Dr. Meza and Casey have always shared.   Together Casey and Dr. Meza have 4 grown children and they enjoy boating and skiing.

Office Manager

Chase joined the Meza Care team in 2024 after many years of healthcare work in nursing homes, assisted living, and behavioral youth services. Chase joined our team with a drive for compassion and understanding with our patients and family members. Chase has always had a passion for the geriatric population and loves seeing all the patients at Garden Plaza when they pass by. With many stopping in to chat for a minute or two.
Chase was born and raised in the Twin Lakes area before a few moves out of state. He returned to the North Idaho area determined to get back into working with the elderly and focusing on patient orientated care. He had many great teachers along the way that instilled in him a passion for compassionate care and providing that to those around him. He also uses those lessons to guide his leadership and general interactions with those around him. During his travels, he found a passion for leadership and the understanding and execution of various leadership styles. He enjoys researching and bettering himself to be the best he can for the wonderful staff at Meza Care.
When Chase is not at work, he is typically out enjoying the local lakes and rivers, traveling, cooking, tending his plants, or continuing his education with new leadership or patient orientated care books or seminars.

Caelyn Kresch

Patient Access and Outreach Manager

Caelyn was raised in Rathdrum, Idaho, and began her healthcare career in 2008 as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She gained experience in skilled nursing, home health, and in-home care before discovering her passion for the geriatric population through her work in Assisted Living and Memory Care.

She continued her education to become a Residential Care Administrator and served as the Executive Director of a local Memory Care community for six years. During that time, she worked closely with MezaCare and developed a strong appreciation for their commitment to patients, families, and senior communities.

Caelyn joined the MezaCare team in 2023 as the Patient Access and Outreach Manager. In her role, she works closely with patients and families, helps navigate challenging situations, and leads MezaCare’s outreach and marketing efforts within Assisted Living communities, building strong relationships with facilities and connecting residents with quality care.

Outside of work, Caelyn enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, attending sporting events, camping, gardening, exploring the mountains, and enjoying all that North Idaho has to offer.

Jessica Dekelaita

Director of Care Management
Jess D—as we fondly call her at Meza Care—has been dedicated to healthcare since she was 18 years old, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Since then, she has earned her Certified Medical Assistant license and has been an integral part of Dr. Meza’s team since before Meza Care was established.

Jess holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and is also a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). She has a deep passion for caring for her geriatric patients and takes pride in making a difference in their lives.

At Meza Care, Jess oversees our rural area facilities, facilitating and maintaining processes and procedures within the communities. Her commitment to growth and excellence has led her to expand her role even further—now serving as the Director for our Chronic Care Management (CCM) Program.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys spending time with her husband, young son, and their two dogs.

Anita Anderson

Certified Medical Assistant

Anita grew up in Arkansas on a large family farm with 12 siblings scattered in southern states.  She has worked in a variety of fields, before settling on the medical field. After working as a surgical tech for years she made a crazy move to Spokane, Washington in 2006. She attended Spokane Community College for her Associates in Medical Assisting.  Anita has worked in a variety of medical offices throughout her career as Certified Medical Assistant.

In her spare time she likes to garden and do projects on her home.  She likes to play and enjoy time with my friends and church family. Anita has five rescue dogs, and love them like children.   Anita works primary at Advanced Healthcare working closely with the team to provide excellent medical care.

Hunter Hakk

Hunter grew up in the historic mining town of Wallace, nestled in North Idaho’s beautiful Silver Valley. From a young age, he knew he wanted to dedicate his career to serving others through healthcare. After earning his Associate’s degree in Medical Assisting in 2019 and becoming a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) through the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA), Hunter gained valuable experience in several specialties, including urgent care, family medicine, psychiatry, and nephrology.

Hunter is passionate about caring for the geriatric population and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care that enhances the quality of life for older adults. Looking ahead, he plans to attend nursing school to further his education and continue serving the community in an even greater capacity, allowing him to become an even stronger advocate for the geriatric population.

Outside of work, Hunter enjoys spending time with his family and close friends, creating custom cupcakes for his cake business, and making the most of North Idaho’s warm summers by fishing and camping. He also loves spending time with his beloved cat, Mildred.

George Brown

George was born and raised in Spokane Valley, Washington. After graduating high school during COVID-19, he began working as a CNA in an Assisted Living facility. During this time, he attended Carrington College and obtained his MA License. After graduating, he worked for multiple years for MultiCare at Indigo Urgent Care.

Now, with his background as a CNA and as an MA, he is excited to join the MezaCare team and continue his healthcare journey!

When not working, George enjoys going to the movies, spending time with friends and family, trivia nights, and camping.

Allyson Harding

Allyson is a dedicated Medical Assistant with a diverse healthcare and emergency services background. She has held certifications as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Limited X-ray Technician, Phlebotomist, and Firefighter, bringing a broad range of clinical skills and hands-on experience to patient care.

Known for their friendly demeanor and attention to detail, Allyson enjoys building trusting relationships with patients and working alongside the healthcare team to create a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. Their experience in both healthcare and emergency response allows them to remain calm under pressure while providing compassionate, high-quality care.

Outside of work, Allyson enjoys spending time with family and friends, and pursuing hobbies that help maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Haylee Hodgson

Haylee was born and raised in Post Falls, Idaho. She has worked in a variety of fields before answering her true calling in healthcare. Haylee received her Certified Nursing Assistant in 2010. She graduated from Carrington College with her Certified Medical Assistant in 2021. She comes to MezaCare from a background in orthopedics and wound care with a passion for geriatrics. Haylee loves to help in all ways that she can and will drop anything to help someone in need. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband, 2 kids and 2 dogs. Together they enjoy camping, hiking, biking, painting and movie nights with popcorn. Haylee spends most of her time with the residents and staff of Life Care Center of Post Falls, Idaho

Madelyn Radley

Madelyn was born in Northern California but moved to Rathdrum, Idaho when she and her twin brother were 5 years old. She began her journey in the medical field when she was 18 years old and has been a phlebotomist for 3 years.  Madelyn is currently in school to become a Certified Medical Assistant and plans to graduate in June of 2022. She enjoys anything outdoors but most importantly anything that involves being in a Jeep. She loves to hike and to spend time with her boyfriend and family. Madelyn loves being able to help people, it is her passion, and she is determined to impact anyone that she comes across in a positive way.

Katie is a North Idaho Girl at heart. She grew up in CDA, and has been here ever since. She loves to go camping, hiking, walking, and anything to do with being outside. She has been in healthcare for about 20 years. She has worked at most of the skilled nursing facilities and assisted living facilities in our area as a Med Tech and CNA. Katie met Dr. Meza and Anita Anderson at Advanced Healthcare. She fell in love with what they are doing. Katie met her wonderful husband Tyler in 2014 and married that same year. They have had two beautiful girls. The oldest had a rare genetic syndrome that eventually took her life called FoxG1. She was a beautiful angel. After four years Katie and Tyler decided to have another baby in the middle of the pandemic who loves to keep us on our toes. She loves the outdoors and playing with all her Paw Patrol puppies.  She is almost four years old. Katie has been a Medical Assistant for 3 years.

Doreen Johnson

Doreen was born in Portland, Oregon. She moved to CDA at 3 years of age. She has worked in the CDA and Spokane area as a caregiver, CNA in ID, NAR in WA, Med Tech in ID and WA, Assisted Living Facility Manager and Medical Transport Driver over the last 25 years.

Much of her career has been in Assisted Living specializing in Demetia Care. Doreen graduated from Alpine College in 2007 with her, Medical Administrative Assistant (MAA). She came to Meza Care in 2023. She is married and celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary, in Hawaii in 2024. She has 6 grown children and 8 grandchildren. In her free time, she likes boating, fishing, gardening, photography, biking, hiking, family vacations and travel both the US and Internationally.

Lilly grew up in Evergreen, Colorado and moved to Idaho in 2018. Lilly has several crafty hobbies and loves to read books and spend time with their dog and cat.

Lilly grew up in the healthcare field with their mom and two sisters being nurses. Lilly too has been in healthcare for over 12 years working in behavioral health, home health, hospice, and skilled facilities and has their associates in Health Information Management.

Lilly loves helping people and being part of their health journey and playing a part in them becoming their best selves. Lilly hopes to become a nurse one day and be able to get more involved in caring for others.

Jennifer Duce was raised in Kellogg, ID. She moved to Pocatello,ID and lived there for 15 years while her husband attended school. They moved to Page, AZ but moved back to our area 8 years ago.

Jennifer graduated high school with her CNA and worked as a CNA for over 20 years.  She LOVEs working with geriatrics!   Jennifer will be attending CMA school, and will graduate January 2025. Jennifer is very compassionate about healthcare, and providing the residents with the best care possible.  Jennifer is a mother of 5 and has been married  for 28 years.  When not working, Jennifer loves spending time with family, gardening ( I grow flowers, vegetables, and herbs)  and spending time outdoors, biking, hiking, paddleboarding.  She loves live theatre and supporting local talent.

Jessica was raised in Orofino Idaho and moved to the Lewis/Clark valley 9 years ago. Jessica started her healthcare career working in home health. In 2021 she graduated out of LCSC with her Certified Nursing Assistant and MedTech cetification. When Jessica is not working she is spending time with her husband and children. Her family loves the outdoors and they spend a lot of time camping through out the summer.

Rebecca Young

Rebecca grew up in a medical family, so it was no surprise when she became a certified nursing assistant at the age of 16. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, assisted living, and even adult family homes. Rebecca became a certified medical assistant in 2021 and knew she wanted to be a part of making healthcare more accessible for the patients she was serving.

Moving back to the Spokane area in 2025, Rebecca knew that she was looking to make a change. Joining MezaCare was just the change she was looking for. Rebecca loves working with the elderly population and is looking forward to pursuing educational opportunities that will benefit those she works with on a daily basis.

When she is not working, Rebecca enjoys being able to watch her 2 children participate in the multiple sports they participate in. She also enjoys spending time with family, working on puzzles, and crafts of many varieties

Denise grew up in a small town in North Idaho. She started in healthcare in 2019 and worked for a small facility with about 50 residents. Most of her residents were mentally ill.  The love you feel from your residents whether they just need a little help is so incredible. Nothing compares to this feeling.  This is what has kept Denise working in health care. She moved to CDA in 2023 after my only child graduated High School.

Growing up Denise always wanted to be a Nurse, but found herself on other paths in life. She has learned so much along the way and is happy for each new experience she has had in her life.

When Denise is not working she enjoys time with her family and crafting.

Jenny was born & raised in California. She has lived in CDA area since 2005. She has 3 beautiful girls & 1 amazing boy. She enjoys camping, boating, sledding, 4 wheeling & spending time with her children. Jenny started her career off with medical billing & transcribing. She is a strong advocate for SIDS awareness and Rett Syndrome awareness.
